ABOUT ME

My name is Adriano Polonia and I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal.
 

My education spans from Portugal to the USA, having earned an MBA, a MASTER OF SCIENCE in Organizational Behavior and a DOCTORATE degree in Leadership
and Talent Management from the University of San Diego. 
 

I taught organization and leadership courses at both undergraduate and doctoral levels and managed and lead university group study abroad trips, in a top world university.

I have also traveled to over 40 countries and 25 American states. I speak 5 languages fluently (English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese).
 

My education and life experience have offered me a great understanding
of how people and different cultures work.

I have worked in many settings applying organizational and personal development methodologies feeling that this work experience will help to enhance people’s qualities.
